We would rather hear that something on this site is wrong than have it sit there being wrong. Corrections are taken seriously and handled visibly.
Mailboxes are being provisioned. MSPA launched in September 2026 and the addresses below are not yet live. If you need to reach us before they are, the fastest route is the contact form on this page once it is installed. We would rather say this plainly than publish an address that bounces.
Corrections and factual errors
If a price, a credential, a legal requirement or a clinical detail on this site is wrong, tell us the page and the specific claim. We check it against the primary source and, where we got it wrong, we correct the page and note the correction at the foot of it with the date and what changed. We do not quietly edit and move on.

Clinic and provider data
If you operate a clinic listed in our Provider Index and a detail is out of date — a medical director has changed, a licence has been renewed, a location has moved — send the correction with something we can verify it against. We re-check against the issuing state board rather than taking the update on trust, which protects you as much as it protects readers.
Listings are editorial. You cannot pay to appear, pay to rank higher, or pay to have an accurate negative fact removed. You can ask us to fix something inaccurate, and we will.
Intended address: providers@mspa.org
Submitting a price
Our price index is built from published clinic menus and real patient receipts. If you have an itemised receipt or written quote, we would like to see it. Useful submissions include the clinic, the date, the treatment, the number of units where relevant, and the total paid.
Remove your personal details before sending. We need the clinic, date, treatment and amount. We do not need your name, address, date of birth, medical record number or any clinical information about you, and we strip anything of that kind on receipt rather than storing it.
Intended address: prices@mspa.org
Press, research and data licensing
Journalists are welcome to use our published figures with attribution, and we will confirm methodology and sample sizes on request. Aggregate pricing data is available for licensing.

What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We publish reference information and give no medical advice. Questions about your own treatment belong with a clinician who has examined you.
- Complaints against a clinic. We are not a regulator and have no authority to investigate or discipline anyone. Complaints go to the medical or nursing board that issued the practitioner's licence, which is the body that can actually act.
- Emergencies. If you are having a complication after a procedure — difficulty breathing or swallowing, sudden vision change, skin turning white, grey or mottled, or severe or worsening pain — seek emergency care now rather than emailing anyone.
