Medical aesthetics is a twenty-one billion dollar industry in the United States in which almost nobody publishes a price. MSPA exists to fix the narrow, specific problem that creates: you cannot find out what a treatment costs, or whether the person holding the needle is allowed to hold it, until you are already in the room.
The problem we are working on
Ask what Botox costs and you will find a thousand articles and almost no data. Most are written by clinics with an interest in the answer, or assembled by content farms repeating each other. Meanwhile the two facts that would actually help you — what people in your city are really paying, and what your state requires of whoever injects you — are scattered across clinic menus and state board rulebooks that nobody has collected.
Both are collectable. That is the entire premise of this site.
What we are building
- A price index built from published clinic menus and verified patient receipts, by treatment and metro, with the sample size and collection date shown so you can judge how much weight it carries.
- A provider index recording what we could verify against the issuing state board, and when we verified it.
- A treatment library reviewed by a licensed clinician, sourced to FDA labelling and the published literature rather than to other websites.
- Tools that do the arithmetic clinics would rather you did not do, starting with the unit and cost calculator.
Where we actually are
September 2026. This site is new and we would rather tell you that than dress it up. Live today: our methodology, our editorial and medical review standards, and the unit calculator. Price collection is underway and nothing has been published yet. Clinical content is not being published until a medical reviewer is appointed.
We could have launched with fifty AI-written treatment pages and a made-up price table next week. Everyone in this category does. It is also precisely why nothing in this category is worth believing, and we would rather be slow than be that.
How we stay independent
- No clinic can buy a listing, a ranking, a rating or a badge.
- Clinics that advertise with us are excluded from our price dataset, so buying advertising cannot move the benchmark we publish.
- We take no free treatments, devices or gifts from companies we write about.
- Every paid placement is labelled where it appears.

What MSPA is not
We are not a clinic and we give no medical advice. We are not a trade association, we have no members, and we certify, accredit and endorse nobody. Anyone claiming to be MSPA-accredited is misrepresenting us. We are also unaffiliated with any other organisation using the same four letters.
Ownership and funding disclosure pending. Readers of a site like this are entitled to know who is behind it and who pays for it. That disclosure will be published here before we publish any commercial content or accept any advertiser.
